8x8 Is currently investigating a performance issue with running the Users Report in the Admin Console interface. The report will not complete running. We are working on resolving the issue and updates will be provided as they become available.
8x8 is continuing to observe intermittent periods when the users reports fail to complete. If you have had a failure running the report, please wait 15 minutes and then try again while 8x8 works to restore normal performance.
8x8 has seen stability in running the users report. If you continue to experience issues running this report please contact support to further troubleshoot the issue.
